Mama and Me Yoga at Zenana Spa and Wellness Center; 9:45-10:45 AM
(For mamas, and babies 6 weeks to 18 moths)

Tuesday
All Levels Vinyasa at the Anahata Co-op; 6:30-7:45 PM
Sanskrit Study Group (Donation-based) at the Anahata Co-op; 8:00-9:00 PM

Wednesday
Prenatal Yoga at Zenana Spa and Wellness Center; 5:30-6:45 PM

Saturday
Level II/III at Heartsong Yoga; 7:30-8:45 AM
Level I/II at Heartsong Yoga; 9:00-10:15 AM

Community Classes: I also teach the Vinyasa 101 classes at Yoga Union about once a month ($5 donation, visit yogaunioncw.com to see when I’m teaching), and offer workshops and special events at the Anahata Co-op once at month (See theanahatacoop.com to find out when I’m teaching).

I’ve been crazy busy lately, and thus, have been slacking on getting content prepared for my up and coming website. In the mean time, I’ve created this blog to post and update my teaching and workshop schedule (and maybe even post some fun yoga-related content too!) When my website is ready, the aim is to transition this baby to a more blog-like blog.

So that’s the gist of it.
